The files below will help you to prepare for camping:

• Troop Travel / Overnight Request Form
  This form must be filled out and turned in to the SUD 30 days prior to the campout. Submit 2 copies of this form along with copies ot the required cards {SCOOT & 1st Aid and CPR} and the troop roster.
   
• Troop Roster with emergency contact information  
  Need 2 copies of this form Fill out the form with the names and phone numbers of those individuals attending the campout. Do not include individuals that won't be attending the campout.
